How much to take depends on both your health concerns and your age.  Moderate dosing is in the range of 200-600mg of combined EPA and DHA per day.  Larger doses are given under the guidance of your naturopathic physician.  My main concern with the quality supplements available today is the extent to which they are refined, leaving a product that no longer resembles how it existed in nature.
